The role manages the pharmacy branch operationally, leads and develops the on-site team, advises customers, implements the owner’s goals, and helps design processes and workflows. Candidates need a German pharmacist license, strong pharmaceutical knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and experience leading a team and consulting customers.
