Advanced Houston Specialty Hospital is hiring a part-time Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to incarcerated individuals at its facility in Spring, Texas. The role includes verifying and dispensing medications, managing controlled substances and inventory, supporting antimicrobial stewardship and formulary activities, consulting with healthcare staff, educating patients and staff, documenting activities in the electronic health record, and maintaining security and confidentiality. Applicants must hold a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, a current unrestricted Texas pharmacist license, two years of hospital staff pharmacist experience, IV certification, and a valid driver’s license.
