The Pharmacist is a staff role responsible for supervising pharmacy technicians, interpreting physician orders, compounding and dispensing medications, providing drug information, monitoring drug therapy, staffing and coordinating schedules, supporting retail pharmacy operations, administering vaccines, maintaining controlled-substance records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The role requires a pharmacy degree, retail pharmacy experience, Indiana pharmacist licensure, and BLS certification within six months of hire.
