AbCellera is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Leader to lead the evolution of its drug safety framework as it enters Phase 3. The role oversees external PV vendors and agreements, safety data review and regulatory reporting, safety signal detection, global PV systems and compliance, inspection readiness, SOPs, risk management, and cross-functional safety strategy. Candidates should have at least 12 years of drug safety or PV experience, a relevant post-secondary healthcare degree, experience with safety databases and global regulatory submissions, and expert knowledge of international PV regulations. The role offers CAD $160,000–$200,000 annually for the Director level, plus equity, bonus, RRSP contribution, allowance, vacation, professional development, and health benefits.
