Description
Cencora is hiring a Specialty Pharmacy Support Specialist to support prescription intake, benefit verification, claims follow-up, prior authorization, clinical review, fulfillment, and pharmacy operations in Canada. The role coordinates documentation and handoffs, reviews claims and inventory for discrepancies, tracks backorders and product availability, documents workflow activity, and communicates issues to pharmacists, technicians, payers, and service teams. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant pharmacy support or healthcare operations experience are required; pharmacy technician certification is preferred. The position is full time.
