Description
The Medication Adherence Coordinator supports Medicare Advantage members by coordinating outreach with medical providers, pharmacies, and members to identify and close medication adherence gaps. The role involves phone and email follow-up, confirming medication pickup, maintaining outreach logs and internal records, tracking adherence status in Excel, and collaborating with internal teams on quality improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; healthcare, pharmacy, managed care, or Medicare Advantage experience is preferred, along with Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
