Description
The Pharmacy Director serves as the senior pharmacy executive for Eagle Seeker Pharmacy, leading strategic planning, operational oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, workforce development, quality management, and 340B program governance. The role supports integrated healthcare delivery, medication access, population health initiatives, and enterprise reporting across pharmacy, healthcare facilities, shared services, and community outreach settings. It requires a PharmD, at least five years of progressively responsible pharmacy experience, three years of pharmacy leadership or management experience, an active unrestricted Montana pharmacist license, immunization certification, and CPR/BLS certification. The position offers $110,000–$120,000 DOE and is full-time.
