The client is hiring a full-time, onsite Pharmacy Intake Manager in Bardonia, New York, to lead the daily operations of a high-volume pharmacy intake department. The role manages intake staff, processes admissions, readmissions, payer changes, discharges, and patient updates; coordinates with billing, collections, pharmacy operations, facilities, and management; monitors workflows and backlogs; and improves accuracy, turnaround times, and service standards. Candidates must have pharmacy intake and long-term care pharmacy experience, with leadership, insurance verification, pharmacy software, and electronic record-system proficiency also required or preferred.
