Amazon Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the safety, quality, compliance, customer experience, budget, people development, and operations of a small-format pharmacy site. The role leads technicians and pharmacists, manages prescription fulfillment and pharmacist verifications, evaluates medication orders, coordinates with legal and facilities teams, maintains licensure and accreditation requirements, and develops talent. It is not remote, is available across the United States, and requires an active unrestricted pharmacist license, pharmacy education, performance and process-improvement experience, and flexible scheduling.
