NuvemRx is hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge and Pharmacy Manager to lead a new pharmacy embedded within a community health center in Galena, Illinois. The role combines clinical pharmacy leadership with day-to-day operations, including patient counseling, medication education, immunizations, inventory, compliance, quality assurance, and staff hiring and development. The pharmacist will also serve as the primary liaison with the health center client and work to expand pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes. The position requires current Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain it, independent pharmacy-management experience, and strong communication and ownership skills; 5+ years of pharmacist experience and 3+ years in pharmacy management or leadership are preferred.
