PurposeMed is hiring a Pharmacy Manager for its Affirming Care Pharmacy in Mississauga, Ontario. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations, the role leads pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy assistants; manages hiring, performance, scheduling, patient counseling, medication refills, injections, inventory, compliance, and pharmacy operations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D, an active Ontario pharmacist license, authorization to administer injections, and at least two years of people-management experience in a pharmacy setting. Compensation is $120,000-$140,000 CAD per year, with medical, dental, vision, bonus, equity, and other benefits.
