Description
The Clinical Pharmacy Manager leads day-to-day and strategic clinical pharmacy operations across all four California Pacific Medical Center campuses. The role manages staff scheduling and development, clinical pharmacy services, inventory, budgets, formulary and medication-use initiatives, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary partnerships. It also directs the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program and co-chairs the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee. The position is a regular, exempt, full-time weekday role with as-needed weekend coverage.
