Description
The Pharmacy Manager provides pharmacy consulting, medication management, compounding, drug therapy reviews, immunizations, diagnostic testing, and other clinical and wellness services. The role manages pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, insurance claims, regulatory compliance, pharmacy systems, and business performance; supervises and develops pharmacy staff; and supports community and store-business growth. Candidates need a pharmacy degree, current pharmacist licensure, immunization certification or willingness to obtain it, and at least one year of pharmacy experience.
