Description
Christ Community Health Services is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations at its healthcare centers. Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, the manager supervises three to four Pharmacy Technicians and Cashiers, dispenses prescriptions safely, counsels patients, reviews drug therapies, maintains records and financial information, manages inventory, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports medication safety and quality improvement. The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, an active Tennessee pharmacist license, BLS certification, and at least three years of community or retail pharmacy experience, with FQHC or healthcare organization experience preferred.
