Description
The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Manager directs and supervises pharmacy services at Greenville Memorial Hospital, including central pharmacy, satellite pharmacies, IV sterile and non-sterile compounding, drug distribution and storage, clinical pharmacy, drug information, and investigational drug services. The role oversees inpatient pharmacy operations and staff, develops quality and performance programs, manages budgets and training, and supports pharmacy education and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree in pharmacy and five years of acute care hospital or system experience are required; a PharmD or MBA/MHA degree and pharmacy management experience are preferred.
