VIVA HEALTH is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Analyst in Birmingham, Alabama, on a hybrid schedule with regular onsite work at the corporate office and some work-from-home opportunities. The role monitors pharmacy benefit administration for commercial and Medicare lines, tracks claims issues and eligibility files, reports on prescription drug events and other pharmacy metrics, creates operational dashboards, supports member and provider escalations, maintains compliance processes, and participates in audits. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5–7 years of experience in a health plan, Part D, pharmaceutical business, pharmaceutical industry, or pharmacy benefit manager environment.
