The Pharmacy Operations Lead supports daily Micro Fulfillment Center activities for Walgreens pharmacies, overseeing prescription workflow, staffing, productivity, quality, safety, compliance, inventory, and team performance. The role provides technical guidance, escalates issues, supports pharmacy-related duties, and requires PTCB or ExCPT certification, a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, and basic PC skills. The position pays $18.75 to $25 per hour and remains open until filled.
