Description
The Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative will distribute workload, monitor workflow, schedule and backfill resources, support supervisors and cell owners, resolve productivity issues, and assist with pharmacy policies, procedures, training, and staff cross-training. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Missouri State Pharmacy Technician licensure eligibility, and a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift. It is fully on-site, offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, and requires physical work involving standing, lifting, repetitive motion, and confined areas near machinery.
