The Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative will distribute workload, monitor workflow, schedule and backfill resources, support supervisors and cell owners, resolve productivity issues, and assist with pharmacy policies, procedures, training, and staff cross-training. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Missouri State Pharmacy Technician licensure, and a flexible on-site schedule; preferred qualifications include pharmacy dispensing experience, leadership experience, PC skills, and troubleshooting experience.
