Description
The Pharmacy Supervisor leads non-clinical pharmacy operations, pharmacy workflow, customer service, inventory, compliance, technology implementation, and pharmacy financial and operational quality. The role supervises and manages pharmacy technicians and cashiers, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, and termination decisions. It also supports pharmacists, the Pharmacy Manager, and the Store Manager, and requires PTCB certification, a high school diploma or GED, one year of pharmacy technician experience, and flexible evening and weekend availability. The position pays $22.50 to $31.00 per hour and remains open until filled.
