Description
The Pharmacy Supervisor leads non-clinical pharmacy operations, pharmacy workflow, customer service, inventory, compliance, reporting, and pharmacy equipment. The role supervises and manages pharmacy technicians and cashiers, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, and termination decisions. It also supports pharmacy financials, community outreach, immunization clinics, retail partnerships, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, PTCB certification except in Puerto Rico, one year of pharmacy technician experience, English fluency, and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
