Description
The Pharmacy Supervisor leads non-clinical pharmacy operations, pharmacy workflow, customer service, inventory, compliance, technology implementation, and pharmacy financial and operational quality. The role supervises and manages pharmacy technicians and cashiers, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, and termination decisions. It also supports immunization clinics, community outreach, pharmacy equipment maintenance, recordkeeping, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, PTCB certification except in Puerto Rico, one year of pharmacy technician experience, English fluency, and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
