Description
The Pharmacy Supervisor leads non-clinical pharmacy operations, pharmacy workflow, customer service, inventory, compliance, technology, and pharmacy financials. The role supervises and manages pharmacy technicians and cashiers, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, and termination decisions. It also coordinates community outreach, immunization clinics, retail partnerships, pharmacy equipment, recordkeeping, and insurance claims. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, PTCB certification except in Puerto Rico, one year of pharmacy technician experience, English fluency, and willingness to work flexible evening and weekend hours. The salary range is $22.50 to $31.00 per hour.
