AssistRx is seeking a Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor to lead a team of Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinators within their specialty pharmacy operations. The supervisor will oversee daily team performance, workflow management, staffing, coaching, and operational execution to ensure excellent patient care. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-4 years of leadership or supervisory experience
preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or customer service operations
Experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance
Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze workflow, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively
