Description
The Pharmacy Service Representative supports InfuCare Rx’s home infusion and specialty pharmacy services by communicating with patients, coordinating medication delivery for infusion appointments, completing pharmacy assessments, updating patient records, responding to calls, entering communications into the pharmacy operating system, and assisting with product picking and shipping. The role reports to the Pharmacist-In-Charge and Staff Pharmacists and requires healthcare experience, a current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of employment, Microsoft Office proficiency, and clear communication skills.
