Description
The Pharmacy Supervisor oversees pharmacy operations and staff in an assigned area, including drug distribution, procurement, inventory, narcotic controls, compliance, staffing, recruitment, performance management, audits, quality improvement, budget recommendations, and strategic planning. The role requires a pharmacy degree, Texas pharmacy licensure, immunization certification within six months of hire, and three years of related experience; hospital experience, IV certification, and infusion experience are preferred.
