Description
The Certified Pharmacy Technician will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist at Upper Valley Medical Center, performing database entry and retrieval, labeling, dangerous-drug handling, non-sterile and sterile drug compounding, automated drug-storage-system stocking, and crash-cart preparation. The role requires high school completion or a GED, PTCB certification, Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration or eligibility within 45 days of hire, and no prior job-related experience; hospital, long-term care, or retail experience is preferred. The position is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, and operates from 2:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
