Description
NTT DATA Services is hiring Pharmacy Technicians/CSR for a one-year remote contract role. The position handles inbound prior-auth calls, provides phone assistance through a criteria-based prior authorization process, documents reviews, escalates clinical questions to pharmacists, and may assist with outbound calls, fax and ePA processing, and department inquiries. Two eight-hour shifts are available, with approximately six weeks of training, and the pay rate is $20 per hour. Candidates need at least two years of healthcare or PBM/Prior Authorization call-center experience, two years of medical terminology and coding experience, two years of daily MS Office use, and one year of pharmacy-technician administrative support experience; a high school diploma or GED is required.
