Description
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for a pharmacy technician team at DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan. The role supervises technicians, coaches and develops staff, manages assignments and scheduling, supports medication preparation and inventory, monitors workflow and medication safety, and collaborates with pharmacy, clinical, nursing, and other hospital departments. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an active Michigan pharmacy technician license or registration, and demonstrated leadership experience; hospital pharmacy experience and pharmacy technician certification are preferred.
