Description
Phil is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician for a fully remote role available in 38 U.S. states. The position supports the full prescription lifecycle by troubleshooting electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, verifying insurance, handling prior authorizations and claim denials, rerouting orders through pharmacy and vendor systems, documenting actions, and communicating with pharmacies, providers, and insurance carriers. The role requires a pharmacy technician license in the state of residence, PTCB certification is preferred, and at least one year of pharmacy technician experience. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits and a hybrid work model after 90 days.
