The Pharmacy Technician prepares and dispenses drugs under the supervision of a pharmacy manager, processes prescriptions through data entry and medication counting, sells prescriptions to patients, provides phone and counter customer service, and administers immunizations under pharmacist supervision. The role requires strong customer service, communication, dependability, attention to detail, productivity, computer skills, and a trainee license, registered license, or certification.
