Description
The Pharmacy Technician supports a hospital pharmacy by preparing, compounding, labeling, dispensing, and delivering medications; managing inventory and automated dispensing systems; maintaining compliance with pharmacy, safety, and regulatory standards; and assisting with clerical and patient-care activities. The role is 0.6 FTE on an evening shift, with four 6-hour shifts per week and variable start and end times. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States, hold a high school diploma or GED, be registered as a pharmacy technician in Wisconsin, and obtain certification within three months of hire; hospital pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
