Description
The Pharmacy Technician supports prescription entry, patient and provider communication, data processing, insurance and coordination-of-benefits entry, claim review, reorders, imaging, AE report filing, and specialized pharmacy programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an active State Board of Pharmacy license, at least one year of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, or call-center experience, customer-service experience, and basic computer skills. Previous pharmacy-technician experience, data-entry accuracy, pharmacy-management-system proficiency, touch typing, and strong customer service are preferred. The role remains open until filled.
