Good Pill is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician II + Customer Support to combine prescription fulfillment with patient-facing support. The role handles medication orders, repackages donated drugs, manages inventory, and responds to patient inquiries through phone, text, and email while assisting with account setup and online navigation. The position pays $23 per hour, is located near Sugarloaf Mills off I-85 between Duluth and Lawrenceville, and runs Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Applicants need at least two years of retail pharmacy technician experience, a Georgia Pharmacy Technician license, pharmacy software experience, customer service skills, and a background check; the employer offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
