Description
The Pharmacy Mail Processing Technician receives, sorts, scans, audits, and securely processes prescription orders, claims, correspondence, payments, and undeliverable mail using Opex scanning equipment. The role also handles imaging exceptions, payment reconciliation, file management, outgoing correspondence, and compliance with privacy and quality standards. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant experience, and a current Missouri Pharmacy Technician license, with a Monday-Friday 5:30 AM to 2 PM schedule and health, retirement, paid time off, and career-development benefits.
