Description
Rightway is hiring an experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to support specialty pharmacy clinical operations. The role serves as a direct contact for members, providers, pharmacies, and human resources; handles benefit, prior authorization, claims, enrollment, medication adherence, and navigation questions; coordinates with clinical pharmacists and other teams; and maintains quality, regulatory, and privacy standards. The position requires an active CPhT, 1–2 years of relevant pharmacy technician experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and knowledge of pharmacy claims and benefit terminology. Bi-lingual Spanish ability is preferred, and compensation is $22.00–$23.00 per hour.
