Description
AndHealth is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Trainer in Columbus, Ohio or Indianapolis, Indiana to own the training and competency development of pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and pharmacy technicians across specialty and retail pharmacy settings. The role develops and delivers on-site and remote training, maintains curriculum and competency documentation, supports pharmacy launches and performance improvement, develops site-based trainers, and collaborates with pharmacy operations, compliance, accreditation, and human resources. Candidates need a PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC, an unrestricted pharmacist license in a relevant state, and willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states; 3+ years of pharmacy practice experience and specialty pharmacy experience are preferred. The position may require travel to up to 75% of CHC pharmacy locations and headquarters.
