Walmart is hiring a Pharmacy Training Coordinator to mentor pharmacy team members, design and deliver training programs, facilitate certification and computer-based learning courses, coach associates, analyze training needs, and evaluate training effectiveness. The role is based at the Springfield, Missouri facility, pays $24 per hour plus a $2 per shift premium, and offers second-shift schedules from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
