Description
The Training Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves pharmacy personnel training and competency programs across onboarding, qualification, regulatory compliance, sterile and nonsterile compounding, SOP changes, and learning-system administration. The role partners with pharmacy operations, quality assurance, compliance, human resources, and department leaders; maintains training records and audit support; and uses instructional design, assessments, and performance data to improve patient safety and operational effectiveness. It requires at least five years of experience in a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment and three years of training or competency-program experience, with a starting salary of $85,000 per year and a Monday-to-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule.
