Description
Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and creative PhD candidate to join their Corporate Research team in Hildesheim, Germany. The successful applicant will contribute to the development of next-generation autonomous systems, focusing on creating a generic predictive occupancy model for driving scenes and designing architectures that capture geometric and semantic object understanding. This role involves researching, implementing, and evaluating novel end-to-end driving architectures based on predictive occupancy world models, aiming to enhance robust situation awareness and safe navigation. The PhD candidate will also develop advanced perception systems to convert raw sensor data into meaningful spatial representations and driving actions, closing the gap between perception and automated driving.
