Description

DTU Energy is seeking a PhD candidate for a three-year interdisciplinary research project combining polymer chemistry and electrocatalysis. The project focuses on designing, synthesizing, and surface-grafting polymers to tune the microenvironment of multistep electrochemical C-N bond-forming reactions, characterizing the resulting polymer layers, and evaluating their electrocatalytic performance. The candidate will also conduct an extended research stay of at least six months at TU/e and collaborate with researchers at both institutions. The position is full-time, based at DTU Energy, and starts on 1 March 2027 or according to mutual agreement.
