Baylor University is hiring a Principal Gifts Fundraiser to cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value donors and prospects for seven- and eight-figure gifts supporting the university, academic units, Bold Pursuits, and Baylor Athletics. The role leads fundraising for capital, endowment, and current-use success; develops strategic philanthropic agendas; manages prospect development; and sets measurable fundraising goals. A bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience are required, while a master's degree and ten or more years of experience are preferred. The position is based in Waco, Texas, requires travel outside Texas, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
