Description
Enterprise is hiring a Philanthropy Director to lead regional fundraising for its Mid-Atlantic Market and Enterprise Community Development programs. Reporting to the AVP, Philanthropy, the role develops fundraising strategy, identifies and cultivates corporate, foundation, individual, and government prospects, manages donor relationships, prepares funder materials, writes grant proposals, and coordinates events and CRM activities. The position requires an undergraduate degree, 6–8 years of fundraising experience, a track record securing 5- and 6-figure gifts, strong writing and communication skills, CRM proficiency, and regular travel within the Baltimore-Washington region. The salary range is $120,000–$140,000, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
