Description
The Canal & River Trust is hiring a Philanthropy Manager to develop and steward relationships with major donors and family foundations, grow philanthropic income, create funding proposals and reports, and deliver donor stewardship events. The role follows a 37-hour Monday-to-Friday pattern, is offered on a remote basis with attendance at main hub spaces as required, and requires proven major-donor fundraising experience, prospect cultivation, proposal development, CRM use, and knowledge of fundraising legal, financial, and ethical considerations. The annual base salary is £47,000, with pension, holiday, and other employee benefits.
