TalentBurst is hiring a Phlebotomist 2 Float in North Fort Myers, Florida for a 3+ month assignment. The role performs pediatric, geriatric, and capillary blood collections; prepares specimens for laboratory testing; verifies patient information and tube labeling; maintains records; and provides patient-facing service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and clean driving record, with medical or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification preferred. The schedule is day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with travel between multiple sites and availability for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
