Description
The Plasmapheresis Technician performs venipunctures and operates automated plasmapheresis machines to collect plasma, while maintaining donor safety, regulatory compliance, equipment calibration, documentation, inventory, and biohazard safety. The role also supports donor scheduling, quality assurance, training, and occasional QA-Backup or NexSys Technician duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while three months of medical or healthcare experience is preferred; training must be completed before independent duty.
