The Plasmapheresis Technician performs venipunctures and operates automated plasmapheresis machines to collect plasma, while maintaining donor safety, regulatory compliance, equipment calibration, documentation, inventory, and biohazard safety. The role also includes donor scheduling, training team members, supporting quality-assurance activities, and performing assigned duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while three months of medical or healthcare experience is preferred; training must be completed before independent duty.
