Medical Suites at Oak Creek is hiring a full-time Phlebotomist for its skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role performs venipuncture and capillary blood collection, prepares and labels specimens, follows infection-control and safety protocols, communicates with residents and healthcare staff, maintains supplies, documents collections, and ensures resident dignity and privacy. A high school diploma or equivalent and recognized phlebotomy training are required; CPT certification and prior healthcare or long-term care phlebotomy experience are preferred.
