Description
The Phlebotomist performs venipuncture and related procedures under the guidance of a Unit Supervisor within the hospital and Pathology department. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including pediatrics venipuncture and micro-collection, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer, mathematical, verbal, and written skills. The position works 80 biweekly hours on weekdays from 4 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and alternating weekends, with a minimum starting rate of $18.00.
