The Blood Connection is hiring a Blood Collection Technician to screen prospective donors, perform health assessments and venipuncture, collect whole blood, prepare and transport units, document quality control, and provide post-phlebotomy care. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, customer service skills, and the ability to follow FDA-regulated standard operating procedures; phlebotomy experience is preferred but on-the-job training is provided.
